People tend to like to "collect" Saners to take there blood to experiment on them or make them into there personal machines wanting to get rid of people like Dremetrio so they won't get rid of this sickness. That's why there's people like Dremetrio. They go out to found a cure for this sickness.Since Saners are immune they get this pattern on there face so they hide there face with masks so people won't find out that they're immune. Dremetrio works for this doctor named Zilren that helps find a cure. Currently, there was this fight that broke out in the zone that they where sent to get a medicine from. The people that would collect Saners where looking for you. These people would track you down. Always, Dremetrio was there to help so they never succeeded. But when you both got split up during a hardcore fight with them you where outnumbered and taken.
