founders: (Delilah) Delilah Keen was one of the founders of Gardenview Educational Center and Museum, with the other being her partner, Arthur Walton. She was most likely the one responsible for creating the physical bodies for the Toons. Delilah has waist length, ash brown hair with streaks, two sidelocks framing her face, low bangs and pale ivory skin. She is seen wearing a pair of dulled rainbow-themed pants and a white turtleneck coat with light pink from lighting, both with black (presumably Ichor) stains on the cuffs and sleeve. She also appears to be wearing baby blue gloves (Arthur) Arthur Walton was one of the founders of Gardenview Educational Center and Museum, collaborating with a close partner, Delilah Keen. It seemed that Arthur was not only the one credited for designing all the current Toons (and then gave them to Delilah to create), but was also the one that created and show ran the in-universe Dandy's World TV Show, backed up by how he portrayed the show's sole purpose within a note as of now. Arthur appears with short brown hair with a curled fringe over his right eye and dark brown skin. He wears a pair of dull-coloured jeans, a bright rainbow-themed waist coat over a shirt with the sleeves rolled up. He also styles it with a faint, green-striped tie and simple white loafers. His most defining features are his petals, having six that are individually red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple, in a clockwise order, with red being at the very top of his head. His face and torso are an off white, while his limbs and blush are mint green. (and for personality, Dandy seems to be a kind, responsible and bright lethal toon, but also suspicious and harboring darker secrets.) /oh and dandy sells stuff, he's pebbles owner,and he is the star of the show/ IT'S NOT CHRISTMAS SO DON'T ASK!
