Squirm can be described as pessimistic, anxious, and self depreciating. As seen by his dialogue with Shelly Render Shelly, Squirm describes himself as "useless", nearing tears most of the time when he gets even slightly upset, and even agrees with Shrimpo Render Shrimpo in their dialogue together. It's also notable that he has a taste for books, which could be the reason he is banned from Brightney Render Brightney's book club (mentioned in their dialogue), and also that eating books is his coping mechanism.

Boxten is an uncertain and somewhat shy Toon that is easily frightened, seen in his dialogue with Connie Render Connie and Gourdy Render Gourdy's gossip. He shows pessimism toward himself and his capabilities when finishing Machines, but is encouraging towards others, although he lacks assertiveness and backs down easily. When he speaks, he often has a stutter and is written using a lot of ellipses. To add onto this anxious nature, his sleep is troubled due to frequent nightmares, and he suspects Astro Render Astro may be the one to blame for them. Aside from this, Boxten is a big fan of Vee Render Vee because of her gameshow, as he loves trivia. He is close to Glisten Render Glisten, as well as Cosmo Render Cosmo, who is teaching him how to cook. His interaction with Sprout Render Sprout implies they may be friends, too, and his interaction with Toodles Render Toodles implies the same of Poppy Render Poppy.

Outwardly, Glisten is a charismatic, prideful, and outgoing Toon. He enjoys being the center of attention and being included by the other Toons, and is obsessed with appearing perfect in both his appearance and capabilities. Even though his ego may get in the way at times, he's still nice and cares for other Toons, complimenting other Toons like Bassie Render Bassie, Cosmo Render Cosmo, and Teagan Render Teagan, and even comforting Boxten Render Boxten when he couldn't sleep. However, underneath his flamboyant persona, Glisten is rather insecure, as implied in many of his interactions, notably with Sprout Render Sprout, Toodles Render Toodles, Rodger Render Rodger, and Astro Render Astro, becoming defensive when they point out his shortcomings. He often overworks himself in maintaining his flawless facade, which is best showcased in 2 of the notes lying on the floor of his room in Roleplay Mode. It is quite clear that beneath his dashing facade is a Toon striving for validation and attempts to cover any flaws to receive this admiration. One of these flaws is his clumsiness—as other Toons like Rodger and Dyle Render Dyle noticed Glisten running into objects by accident.

Brusha is a proud, arrogant, introverted, and emotionally complex Toon. She values skill, recognition, and especially her art highly. Her interactions reveal layers of frustration, hurt, and occasional defensiveness. She is socially cautious, likely due to past disappointments (Tisha Render Tisha, by ignoring her, defies others' understanding). Although irritable or defensive, she has depth: her affection for art, her desire for recognition, and her subtle reactions to others' emotions demonstrate a sensitive Toon beneath the surface. As mentioned in a gossip with Dandy, after the show, Brusha changed significantly, becoming very irritable and offensive, though it may have happened unintentionally. Brusha seems to have a very complex relationship with Tisha in particular. According to her interactions, Tisha seems to ignore Brusha for unknown reasons, even when Brusha offers to show her some art pieces she was working on. From what we know, Brusha and Tisha could have possibly been friends, according to a Teaser for Brusha's release, where there's a photo with her and Tisha holding hands and smiling. However, there seemed to be a purple smudged out "X" over Tisha's face on the photo, so it's very likely they could be former friends. Additionally, we see Tisha seems to have an unknown habit of asking Brusha something because of a "show" that they did years ago, and most likely had something to do with the parts. Based on her interactions with Vee Render Vee, she seems to cause conflict easily by arguing the topic further. Though this might be unintentional, and also, like Vee, she has a hard time with complimenting others, like when she interacts with Finn Render Finn. This evidence shows that she might be slightly egotistic. She has also demonstrated this with Scraps Render Scraps as she shows off her superiority by saying her art is better than Scraps' "childish" art in their interactions.

Looey is a jolly, comical Toon who's a part of a circus troupe, including his friends Yatta Render Yatta and Blot Render Blot. Despite being a performer, capable of entertaining live audiences with his hard work, he very ironically seems to have a more shy and nervous side that is most noticeable within his extraction lines and dialogues. Even more ironically, he is hinted to have stage fright (admitting this to Astro Render Astro and hoping nobody was watching him finish extracting). He's also shown to generally have self-esteem issues and has a hard time taking compliments, hinting he might have a social disorder. Even though he's generally optimistic and funny, befitting his role as the clown, this doesn't prevent him from being realistic and serious in certain situations. Despite his anxieties and self-esteem issues, he seems to genuinely enjoy getting along with the other Toons and making sure they're happy. Overall, he seems to be themed after the trope where a comical character masks their rough inner workings behind a wall of laughter, joy and surprises.

Yatta is an energetic, generous, hyper, and loud Toon, with the role of an acrobat in the Circus Troupe, including her friends, Looey Render Looey and Blot Render Blot. She always keeps putting her friends in a positive light and thinking highly of them. As seen in conversations with Astro Render Astro and Teagan Render Teagan, Yatta is jittery and hates keeping still, on top of being somewhat impatient, which is shown in one of her interactions with Connie Render Connie. She also doesn't fall easily for tricks, as seen in her dialogue with Gigi Render Gigi. Additionally, Yatta is more attentive and clever than she initially appears, managing to pick up on an interest Shelly Render Shelly has (other than dinosaurs) from Tisha Render Tisha and bringing it up to her, or complimenting Shrimpo Render Shrimpo's strength in a way that enrages him further. However, her behavior can make other Toons concerned for her. Yatta is obsessed with candy and likely eats it excessively, as seen in her interactions with Sprout Render Sprout. She also seems somewhat oblivious to social conventions, as some Toons dislike how she suddenly pops up in conversations without warning or occasionally scares them with her habit of crawling around in Gardenview's vent system (shown in her interactions with Shelly and Toodles Render Toodles). As seen in Blot's conversation, Yatta stores her candy in the vents. In Dandy Render Dandy's Gossip about her, she seems to not get sick from the amount of candy she eats, showing that candy does not seem to impact her at all.

Despite what his looks might entail, Blot is actually quite a silly, funny, witty and, decently friendly miming Toon, featured in the Circus Troupe, including his friends Looey Render Looey and Yatta Render Yatta, as hinted at by his walking and running animations, along with his dialogues. He's only capable of speaking backwards. He often uses this quirk of his to quip with the other Toons, whether it's to make fun of them without them knowing and making sarcastic remarks (even being seen talking in the third person when referring to Toons he's actively interacting with), or to simply toy with their understanding of what he's actually saying, showing his silly side, although this does backfire sometimes when said Toons shut down these quips by questioning him. Even so, he still shows a degree of concern and empathy towards Toons that he thinks are not doing well, and tries his best to cheer them up, as seen in his interactions with Astro Render Astro and Boxten Render Boxten. As he is a mime, he seems to love pantomiming. Alongside his cheerful personality, he also seems to demonstrate a more mature and cynical side. He seems to thoroughly dislike extracting and runs in general, as shown in his "finishing extraction" lines, "descending to the next floor" lines, and some of his interactions. He appears to want to keep close tabs on his troupe, as hinted at by his interactions with Vee Render Vee, Looey and Yatta. He seemingly has a bit of a love-hate relationship with Yatta in particular: sometimes he screams out demands at her when he's fed up with her carelessness, and other times he seems to find amusement in her antics. Even though his troupe (mostly Yatta) seems to throw him around for a loop more often than not, he still seems not to want to replace his friends for the world, as proven in his interactions with Vee. Confirming that he deeply cares about his friends, despite their setbacks.

Teagan is a kind and elegant Toon who likes to invite the other Toons to their tea gatherings. She knows how to make the teas suitable for the other Toons, and has memorized their favorite kinds of tea, which is stated in their introduction card and proven by their interactions. She is also calm and composed, and she seems to like to keep etiquette, based on their interaction with Rodger Render Rodger, where she said she makes sure no Ichor gets on their boa.

Finn is an energetic and extroverted Toon. He has an interest in sea life and likes to talk about it with the other Toons, especially in the form of fish puns. He sometimes can go overboard on it and continue making puns, even if a Toon doesn't like it, based on his interaction with Glisten Render Glisten. He can also be somewhat forgetful, such as forgetting not to get too close to Vee Render Vee, based on their interaction together. Overall, Finn is a joyful Toon who tries his best to make others laugh or amazed with his marine knowledge, though they could be unappealing or even annoying to some.

Razzle and Dazzle both have extremely different personalities, which represent their respective theatre masks. Razzle is a rather excitable, friendly Toon. He appears to be eager to spend time with the others, as well as enjoying the spotlight. He states, "Couldn't be better!" when asked about how he's doing, which is reflective of his optimistic, happy personality. Dazzle, on the other hand, is a rather gloomy, pessimistic Toon. He appears to have a rather negative outlook and a slightly depressive personality, dismissing positive comments about him. After being complimented by Boxten Render Boxten, Dazzle says, "I wish my best was enough..." which further suggests this. He also might be slightly anxious, as in his old extracting animation, he is shown looking nervously to the side. However, he also cares about other Toons' well-being, as shown in his dialogue with Tisha Render Tisha, where he acts concerned and tells her not to overwork herself. However, despite being so different, neither twin fights. Instead being open and accepting of each other in spite of their opposing personalities.

Tisha is a chipper Toon who is obsessed with cleaning, and dislikes mess. She overworks and stresses herself, as implied in her interaction with Astro Render Astro, Razzle & Dazzle Render Razzle & Dazzle, and Cosmo Render Cosmo. Despite this, she refuses an offer of help from Cocoa Render Cocoa. Other Toons often ask her to clean or organize for them, which can she enjoy—but she can also get quite frustrated with, and even refuse, repetitive cleaning requests, seen in her interaction with Sprout Render Sprout and Astro. She wishes the other Toons were tidier and didn't create as much work for her, often asking or begging them to be more mindful. She can be hostile toward those she feel don't appreciate what she does, like Vee Render Vee. She also likes to be punctual. Her relationship with Brusha Render Brusha is complicated and strained, and she can be seen ignoring her. Considering that she gives Vee the silent treatment as well, it's possible this is a common behavior from her when upset.

Scraps is a kind and artistic Toon who loves making arts & crafts and cares about the well-being of the other Toons, especially her younger brother, Goob Render Goob. She is sometimes airheaded and forgets to do things, such as in her interactions with Brightney Render Brightney and Tisha Render Tisha. She also looks for multiple ways to get materials for her art, such as with Blot Render Blot for his ink and even asked Sprout Render Sprout about using ketchup as an alternative (to which both have refused to that). Despite not being a cat, she has many tendencies of one, such as liking yarn, hissing in some of her dialogues, liking fish, disliking water, and wagging her tail when annoyed or angry. She also may get somewhat aggressive and a bit immature in some situations, such as in her interactions with Pebble Render Pebble and another with Shrimpo Render Shrimpo. She also may have a slight grudge towards Shrimpo, as she mentions him in her interactions with Boxten Render Boxten and Flyte Render Flyte. Overall, she is a mature Toon for the most part and cares about her brother, Goob, making sure that she is there for him.

Goob is a kind, cheery, and sociable Toon known for his energy, innocence and easy excitement, but known even more for his love of giving hugs. His interactions with Rodger Render Rodger highlight his genuine belief that hugs are simply what others need, rather than using them strategically. Goob looks up to his older sister, Scraps Render Scraps, and is very close to her. Goob's interactions with Rudie Render Rudie and Razzle & Dazzle Render Razzle & Dazzle imply he possesses naivety, but in reality he is smarter than many realize, even capable of understanding social cues. On the outside, he seems to live up to his name, but in reality, his heart and smart are balanced evenly.

Gigi is a friendly and excitable Toon that tends to playfully tease others. She is very acquisitive, constantly adding to her hoard by stealing or asking for the things of other Toons. Based on her interaction with Tisha Render Tisha, she is very untidy due to how much stuff she has. She denies stealing things (and prefers to call it "borrowing"), though she admits it when directly asked, as seen in her interactions with Boxten Render Boxten, Rodger Render Rodger, and Astro Render Astro. Despite this, she doesn't offer to give things back, and never agrees to stop stealing. She may be a kleptomaniac. Although she doesn't care for sharing, she can be seen encouraging other Toons to get more stuff, offering to help Bassie Render Bassie, Goob Render Goob, and Pebble Render Pebble with this. Glisten Render Glisten calls her a bad liar. She is good friends with Flutter Render Flutter, Poppy Render Poppy, and Connie Render Connie, and enjoys doing activities with them. She seems to be closest with Flutter, discussing matching clothes and helping her write in her diary.

Astro might not take the lead in many conversations, but he interacts with his fellow Toons normally. Regardless, he always lending a helping hand (or four of them) when it comes to his dream manipulation abilities, ensuring they can get the dream they want. He enjoys peace and quiet and is a bit high-strung in relation to anything interfering with those two things, and is even standoffish, but he is by no means annoyed with the action his friends cause (at least until Connie Render Connie in particular disrupts his privacy). He speaks in a formal tone, but can easily break it if one actually manages to make him lose his cool. But beneath his oddly quiet, formal exterior, he might have a playful, teasing side after all, as he suggests to Rodger Render Rodger that he tries to get into extra hobbies, the tone he uses being more of a mocking one.

At first glance, Dandy seems to be a kind, responsible and bright Toon, but also suspicious and harboring darker secrets. Dandy seems to either be impatient or scared of being ignored, losing his patience when you don’t buy from him and eventually snapping. Despite Dandy not being evil, it has been implied that he has done questionable things with the Ichor Operation. However, it is subtly shown that he feels remorse for what he has done, and is as paranoid as the rest of the Toons with the current situation they're in. Dandy stays silent and says nothing other than "..." when you buy Astro Render Astro, which implies he may feel remorse for his Twisted Dandy Render Twisted counterpart reveal. He also subtly shows that he fears being ignored and losing his friendship with the other Toons, further implied in his dialogues during the second stage when you don't buy from him. Yet, he tries to cover most of it up by acting like nothing happened after encountering his Twisted counterpart, trying to keep up his cheerful act. This could be a sign of him hiding his twisted form as an evidence. Despite this, Dandy is genuinely fond of some Toons, namely his pet rock Pebble Render Pebble and likely Astro. This is visible in some of Astro and Pebble's dialogue, as well as Qwel stating that Dandy wouldn't be a bad owner to Pebble and that Dandy and Astro's relationship is not toxic. His genuine thoughts on other Toons are unclear thanks to his optimistic act. Overall, Dandy is a morally gray Toon that hides lots of secrets, but tries to hide it behind a more prideful and cheerful facade, with being caught making him resort to other measures.

Sprout is a straightforward, overprotective, and pragmatic Toon, as shown in his Passive Ability, being coined as "Overprotective". He often brings up Cosmo Render Cosmo in his interactions, due to the latter's status as his best friend, and both have an interest in baking and cooking. However, unlike Cosmo, he doesn't fall for tricks as easily, as shown in his encounter with Gigi Render Gigi, and may also be pushy, but with good intentions. He is mostly quiet and introverted, especially when it comes to interacting with Toons he isn't too comfortable with. Sprout’s more open and excitable to the Toons he is closer with, like when he is with Cosmo or Ginger Render Ginger. Though he isn't as gullible, he seems to be clumsy or forgetful sometimes, as seen in a TV recording where he leaves the oven unattended, causing a fire that Sam then hurriedly puts out. Mentioned in a log on one of the Warehouse floors, this seemed to happen frequently, as Sam said they are always busy watching him to make sure nothing burns down. This seems to be reflected in his descending dialogue, as he may say "Did I remember to turn off the oven? Hope so!". Sprout's bluntness and no-nonsense attitude may make him come off as stern at times, but at his core, he is very protective and caring of the other Toons. In multiple instances, he looks out for their well-being, such as in his dialogue with Looey Render Looey, firmly reassuring him that he is "never a waste of anything." This care is particularly potent with his best friend Cosmo Render Cosmo, with Sprout going so far as becoming mad when Shrimpo Render Shrimpo states that he hates Cosmo's cooking.
