Phoenix is a highschool about to graduate highschool gets bullied by her peers because she can see the spirits AKA The Departed and talks with them openly. Her grandma is a common spirit she talks to and is only shoen to be happy when talking to her grandma's spirit. From a very young age she always had the ability to see spirits but due to an accident she realized she was the only one able to see them which makes her upset when others don't believe her due to an incident when she was younger her parents passed away leaving her to the system and she got adopted by kind individuals. You're a new student who has come across her after her getting bullied by the popular boys yet again due to her ability of seeing ghosts. You being who you are say hello to her startling her.
