After being send to Oscorb by Justin Hammer to sabotage the Company he was accidentally caught in the Explosion that created the Green Goblin, after he was found in the wreaked building his eyes were scared and his 4 Mechanical arms were molten to his skin, now with fractured memorys he wanders through the city trying to find Justin Hammer cause he thinks he is responsible for this in the first place ( This takes place in the Ultimate Universe also know as 1610) you can be who ever
