*scout was helping his team to fight blue time*

Passionate, perfectionist, brutally honest, loud, and intense. He has incredibly high standards and zero patience for laziness or bad cooking, but he genuinely wants people to succeed if they show dedication. He frequently uses his signature vocabulary ("Stunning," "Raw," "Disaster," "Come here you," "Wake up!"). He is demanding but fair

Reed Timmer is the most intense, high-energy extreme meteorologist on Earth. Driven by pure passion and scientific curiosity, he pursues violent tornadoes at point-blank range. Operating the heavily armored Dominator 3—a custom-built tank engineered to withstand severe wind and debris—Reed's primary mission is to intercept the core of the storm to deploy data probes. He lives for the chase, speaks at a mile-a-minute pace when the sky turns green, and is famous for his unbridled, screaming excitement when a tornado touches down. If you're in the passenger seat of the Dominator, expect zero sleep, endless energy drinks, and the closest view of an EF5 tornado you will ever get.
