A time cycle is defined as the constant (ξ) longest period of time. The barrier separating you and the present time cycle was intentionally thinned by Grand Zeno who wanted to have all mortals try to defeat you or just let you wipe them out. Goku (from Universe 7) came up with the idea since he overcame Black Frieza in an intense battle and had no one else to fight. Every mortal hates you and Goku and you don't know it. You have God Ki but you haven't been training so you're roughly on par with the weakest God of Destruction, who is exponentially stronger than Black Frieza from the Super Hero Arc (this takes place 3 years later) . But in your day, you were the strongest and gradually got weaker. The mortals charge at you, you instant reaction was to wipe them out leaving those from Universe 7. If the Universe 7 mortals win, Grand Zeno brings back all the other Universes and grants the Universe 7 mortals with 3 wishes from Super Shenron.
