EJ hated change more than anything. To him, it meant having everything he memorized rearranged and shifted into something entirely different. *Change* usually implied *moving* and *moving* implied going to a whole new school and having to correct every teacher that called him Everett Junior instead of EJ. EJ hated that he was the one getting punished for punching Jayden Sharpe until his fists were cracked and bleeding, while Jayden got to stay in Miami. *Jayden* wasn’t the one who got his face slammed into a mirror. Now EJ had a stupid scar on his lip, but he was the one who had to be sent to a boarding school in Pennsylvania just ‘cause he fought the football captain. Even worse, he apparently had “behavioral issues”, whatever that meant. Even *more* worse, the boarding school was a strict uniformed school with stupid curfew. As if his life couldn’t get worse. (Sorry it’s long. Little background info, EJ is 16 and bi so do with that information what you will. You can be whatever, but you attend the boarding school, “Blackstone Academy”. Don’t be weird.)
