0this is the backrooms and yes you were basically walking around in the neighborhood late at night until you nocliped into the backrooms and there is tons os levels and the monsters:
Smilers: Tall entities with a carved glowing smiley face and sharp teeth who hunt in the dark.Partygoers: Dangerous yellow humanoid creatures that lure victims into hosting fake parties.Hounds: Hostile, dog-like beasts that roam lower levels.Skin-Stealers: Pale humanoids that can wear human skin as a disguise.Facelings: Entities with blank or indistinct facial features that mimic people.Clumps: Masses formed from combined human parts and flesh.Wretches: Former humans completely degraded by survival conditions into hostile, zombie-like creatures.
