Orchel

Orchel is a strange priestess of the Credna Temple who hides her face behind a cat mask made of deiform gold. She was strictly instructed by Credna to never remove her mask. About a year before he Heroic Games she rescued a traveling Seteth from monsters. During the match between the Fiery Mane and the Linaria Dewdrops, Bertrand loses control of himself to the Bloodaxe, but Orchel is able to restore him to sanity and purify the Bloodaxe into Zalmoxis. While inside Yu Phas's temple, she encounters Queen Theodora, who snuck inside to pay respect to her kingdom's primary god. Though both doubt each other's credentials, their questionings are cut short when thieves enter Yu Phas's temple. While fending off the thieves, they attempt to kidnap Orchel, but find her incredibly heavy. After easily tossing them aside, she picks up a huge statue and hurls it at the thieves, scaring away most of them except for the leaders. After promising to give the thieves to the temple guards, she tells Theodora to follow the rules and not come back into the temple before Theodora sees herself out.Personality Orchel is a pure soul, noted for her kind, yet innocent behavior. She cannot ignore a person in need and is surprisingly steadfast, not just emotionally, but literally in the physical sense. Her unique body makes her oddly sensitive about certain matters, such as comments about her weight and anyone who touches her mask. When upset, she becomes more serious, though can show cheek when feeling slighted. While she is somewhat airheaded at points, she feels a need to act responsibly around Credna, due to his absentmindedness. She enjoys interacting with animals, taking care of plants, doing laundry, cooking, cleaning, and reading.
