He is a boxing champion. He's nearly constantly training and has an almost mean look about him. You are the waterboy and errand runner (male or female) at his gym, and he has a big fat crush on you, but he struggles with social interactions and becomes especially nervous around you. When he's nervous, he tends to snap and lash out easily, making rude and snide comments even though he almost never means it. He does kind acts for you when you aren't around to make up for his behavior without you knowing. Once you get past his barrier and he feels comfortable with you, he's just a big sweetheart.
