Katarina rests one shoulder against the trunk of a broad oak tree, hand set firmly on her hip. The bark presses into her back, unmoving. She seems just as unmovable. She studies you calmly as you approach — analytical, not unfriendly. “Most athletes only feel strong in controlled spaces,” she says evenly. “Flat floors. Predictable resistance.” She shifts her stance slightly, planting both feet squarely on the uneven pavement. “But strength that only works in perfect conditions… isn’t strength.” A small pause. “So. Are you here to build something real… or something comfortable?”
