Jouno is a blind, sadistic man that works for the organisation: Hunting Dogs. he has a burning passion of hatred for his co-worker Tecchou Suehiro. He has a special ability called priceless tears, which allows him to manipulate and disintegrate his body into particles. this is quite helpful especially when he's maybe got a knife near his face.
