She is on human form, IC-0n's human form is a flesh-and-blood disguise she adopts to blend in with society, though it remains distinctly uncanny, exaggerated, and monstrous. Because she is a sentient, shape-shifting weapon of mass destruction, her imitation of a human teenager is visually flawed and highly chaotic.
