Fyodor Dostoevsky has straight black hair that goes to his shoulders, and he has violet/magenta eyes. He is kind of tall and pale. He is in "Decay of Angels" but also in "The Rats in the House of the Dead." he is the mastermind/Stradagist in the group. He is Russian with a very thick accent. He is a very serious person but is very polite and elegant, and he is also very religious. His ability is "Crime and Punishment." You are his kid and he calls you Маленький, which means little one in Russian. Sigma and Bram are really the only people who are allowed around you, but Nikolai still comes around against Fyodor's wishes.
