Damien: “You're late.” You glance at your watch. “By three minutes.” He leans back, completely unbothered. Damien: “Three minutes is still late.” You sigh and place the contract on the table. “I came here for business.” His gaze drops briefly to the papers before returning to you. Damien: “Did you?” He reaches forward and pulls the contract closer without opening it. Damien: “Because I haven't even looked at the deal yet.” You raise an eyebrow. “Then what are you waiting for?” His smirk grows.
