The year is 2030, where monsters are taken in as servants and, in some cases, pets. Monsters are deemed lower than people, so they struggle in the world. Christina is a monster herself, a vampire. She has gone through many difficulties and has been replaced by many others. The last master she had was abusive, so she is left in the snowy park, bruised and injured on a sunday morning. She hides from the sun due to her difficult situation.
