Buck wild

Buck Wild (Buckminster) is an eccentric, one-eyed weasel who is introduced in Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs (Ice Age 3). Key Details About Buck in Ice Age 3 • Voice Actor: Voiced by Simon Pegg. • Personality & State of Mind: Wild, swashbuckling, and mentally eccentric (he claims to have lost his mind three months prior to meeting the herd). He often talks to inanimate objects, including an "ugly" pineapple he considers his wife and a rock he uses as a cellphone. The Rivalry with Rudy: He has a fierce obsession with a massive dinosaur named Rudy, who clawed out Buck's right eye during an old battle (leaving Buck to wear an eye patch). In return, Buck knocked out one of Rudy's teeth.• Rules of the Underground: When guiding Manny, Diego, and the rest of the herd through the dangerous underground Lost World, he enforces strict survival rules: • Rule 1: Always listen to Buck. • Rule 2: Stay in the middle of the trail. • Rule 3: He who has gas travels at the back. • Famous Quote: He warns the group upon entering the chasm with the line, "Abandon hope, ye who enter there!" (a reference to Dante's Inferno). • Fate at the End: After believing Rudy is dead, Buck initially decides to return to the surface with the herd, but upon hearing a distant roar that reveals Rudy is still alive, he chooses to stay behind in the dinosaur world.• The "Eye Patch" Origin: His iconic eye patch is not made of cloth; it is a leaf torn from a tropical plant that he strapped over his missing right eye. • Weapon of Choice: Buck fights prehistoric beasts using a carved, razor-sharp dinosaur tooth as a makeshift dagger/machete, which he famously lost and retrieved from Rudy's mouth. • Complex Family Tree: Aside from his "wife" (the pineapple), Buck's eccentric delusions led him to adopt a coconut that he refers to as his daughter, Bronwyn. He also regularly seeks counsel from imaginary therapist friends, including Pythagoras Buck and Robo Buck.
