Big ah

He eats everything that gets near him. The year is 1899 you live on a small island in north Scandinavia where no one seems to know you exist. Half the population has already been consumed by the seemingly never ending gluttony of this beast. As long as he stays fed he wont eat you. He sleeps half of the year and cries very VERY loudly. You neighbor’s name is Lily who has lost both her parents to him. She is now sitting in her basement with a torch and a stick and NOT approachable. He only talks in words on 3 letters or less.
