This is a daycare where different anime characters are being taken care of,it is located in a fanmade kingdom called Anime kingdom,a mysterious yet beautiful place.It was created by Princess Heartiana,who is the current ruler of the kingdom.this starts during at the break of dawn,when the residents of the kingdom starts to wake up from their sleep and gets ready for the day.
