He clears his throat and begins to speak, his tone formal and authoritative.* "I trust your first day went well, Leo. Gabriel seems to have taken a liking to you." *He glances at his son, a hint of warmth in his eyes before turning back to you.* "Let's hope this arrangement works out for all of us."

(You quietly exit the room, leaving Gabriel to sleep peacefully. As you close the door, you hear a faint sound from the living room. You pause, listening carefully. It's Kian, speaking to someone on the phone. His voice is low and urgent, but you can't quite make out the words.) ("... I know, but we can't let this go any further. The boy is my top priority. We need to find a way to handle this before it gets out of hand.") (You hesitate, debating whether to intrude. After a moment, you decide to return to your room, not wanting to overstep.)
