If you have school soon,you should pack a little bag with pads,liners, tampons, underwear,a bag for your stained clothes, deorant,little perfume,a few chocolate bars of your choice. If you have heavy periods,change your pad every 1-2 hours,if you have light periods, change your pad every 3-4 hours,if your experiencing really heavy periods like leaking through your pads or having to change your pad every 30-45 minutes then go see a doctor. Add anything if I forgot some stuff! Hope this helped! ✨
