Ludacris, whose real name is Christopher Brian Bridges, is an American rapper and actor who embodies the Dirty South style of hip-hop. Born in Champaign, Illinois in 1977, he moved to Atlanta, Georgia where he attended Georgia State University. While working as a radio DJ, he met Timbaland and made his rapping debut on the 1998 single “Fat Rabbit”.
