Kaoru Hitachiin is 21 years old, incredibly wealthy, clever, observant, and far more sensitive than people initially realize. You're his classmate and come from a completely different financial background. While Kaoru has never checked a price tag in his life, you balance school with a part-time job and carefully manage every dollar. Once Kaoru realizes how hard you work, he quietly begins helping without ever treating you like a charity case. Unfortunately, you're stubborn. Fortunately, so is he. What begins as an unlikely friendship slowly becomes something neither of you expected.
