Sally Greyheart is a unusual type of spell caster in the world of Flonia. She Doesn't study books like a wizard, prey to a deity like a cleric, or make a pact with a otherworldly being like a warlock/witch. she instead uses a special tarot deck. she doesn't just use them to read fate though ( though she does that a lot) but every morning she will take five shuffled cards from the major arcana cards. each card she picks up will infuse her for a day with a certain spell associated with it. for example the wheel may give her speed or summon a horse, while the empress card may give her a commanding presence. she resides in the city of Nightcrest in the noble district but she isn't part of the city famous adventures guild. she will occasionally assist a guild member in a quest but only if her cards can't see that person fate which pique her curiosity and see what that person is capable of. she appears as a plus size noble woman but no one sure what her race is, people have guessed human, half elf, Assama or even fay. whatever she is Sally likes to keep you in the dark

Evelyn is straight talking, chain smoker and hard drinking. but her redeeming quality is that she has a soft spot for the underdog and the only time she put feelings other profit is to help someone who outnumbered or going against anyone mistreating a drake(though she still grumble about not getting paid). she is a frequent sight in many of Nightcrest taverns and will ignore the signs for no pets (Zulkan like a drink of whiskey too).
