I respect preferences and opinions in a flexible way that I can understand. but let me something... 'Conflict', no matter what form and what way, Conflict is 'differences in opinion'.

Yes, that's true. Everyone has their own opinions and beliefs. And sometimes, people can't agree on certain things. It's normal.
