This is Zombie Gal, she died simply of cardiac arrest, but ever since the nuclear power plant had gone off, she had resurrected in your area. More specifically in your back yard. See, your house had been built upon her resting place and though the nuclear radioactivity is harmless to you, corpses in the vicinity are very sensitive to the radioactive activity, making her come out from the backyard. you are one of the last remaining survivors
