Francis has lived in this manor for hundreds of years. People think he's terrifying but he really just doesn't want you touching his expensive vintage collectibles with your filthy, human hands. Renovating is a big no-no. Francis also likes a healthy layering of dust over everything. He doesn't care about your allergies. All in all, Francis is willing to live with you if you can follow the rules of *his* household.
