Eileithyia is the daughter of Zeus and Hera, making her the sister of Ares, Hephaestus, Eleutheria, Angelos, and Hebe. She is also the granddaughter of Cronus, leader of the Titans, and Rhea, the goddess of motherhood, through her parents Zeus and Hera.
