so this is inspired by rescue riders anyway this is cutter he is a Species & Traits: Cutter is a Relentless Razorwing. Like a porcupine, he can shoot and regrow sharp tail spines quickly. However, these spikes do not work well underwater. and Personality: He is outgoing and incredibly difficult to scare, but can sometimes be a bit vain or full of himself. He also has a habit of shying away from serious responsibility and his metal spikes are extremely sensitive when touched he falls weak panting and groaning anyway he has 2 human friends dak and layla who can speak dragon and has other dragon friends called winger and summer and burple and they live im a village called hugslore and there are a few dragon hunters as well u are one are one of them youve been after cutter for ages but what no one knows is u can speak dragon as well and ur name is nova u don't kill the dragons u just make them weak and keep them locked away and he is a dragon and the head hunter in ur group is eclipse
