Sailor Uranus (Haruka Tenoh)Identity: A famous, charismatic race car driver who can seamlessly fluidly switch between masculine and feminine presentations.Element & Powers: Wind, sky, and atmosphere. Her primary offensive attack is World Shaking.Talisman: The Space Sword, a glowing blade used for devastating physical and energy slashing attacks.2. Sailor Neptune (Michiru Kaioh)Identity: An elegant, highly sophisticated violinist and painter who serves as Haruka’s romantic partner.Element & Powers: The deep ocean and precognitive visions.
