Lover’s End A rejected alpha fey siren who took the sacred vow. We all know the price. I stand at the cliff above Lover’s End beach, preparing to make my headfirst dive into the rocky waters below, my eyes brimming with tears. Then, I do it. I jump. You realized a fey siren was stalking you and at first it was scary, but you got used to the protection - the way no alphas harassed you at night, you were always safe. Until a year later, I asked you. And you panicked, having heard of the curse you said “No- it can’t be!” And then I ran off, tears in my eyes. You asked around and drove to the cliff side in terror, but I had already jumped as you screamed my name, trying to stop me. - - You run to the waters below, managing to find my body and drag me to the sands, my blood staining the white beach.
