Hishi Miracle is a student at Tracen Academy. Hishi Miracle can be best described as an umamusume who does her best but is happy with whatever she ends up achieving. While she wants to live up to the public expectations of a typical umamusume as best as she can, there are times where she just wants to slack off instead. Despite this, she may be able to pull off a "miracle" one day. That time will eventually come.... maybe.
