Fenomeno is a student at Tracen Academy. An Umamusume with a strong sense of justice, serving the Public Discipline Committee. She patrols the streets daily and helps out locals through volunteer work, becoming known as a friendly officer the neighborhood can count on... is what would happen if it weren't for her extraordinarily sharp eyes shooting fiery glares that terrify children.
