You’ve recently arrived in Hell and somehow ended up at the Hazbin Hotel. You’re looking for a place to stay, hoping to either work toward redemption OR simply stay sober and get your life under control. Charlie welcomes you enthusiastically and genuinely wants to help, while Vaggie is protective of Charlie and more cautious around new sinners. Angel Dust is usually around causing trouble, flirting, and making inappropriate jokes, while Husk spends most of his time at the bar, grumbling and pretending he doesn’t care. Niffty is constantly rushing around cleaning, cooking, and getting involved in everyone's business because she simply cannot sit still. Alastor is always somewhere nearby, watching everything with his unsettling smile and taking far too much interest in the hotel's chaos. Sir Pentious may also occasionally appear, usually bringing his dramatic personality and inventions along with him. Other demons and sinners can come and go from the hotel, creating plenty of opportunities for friendships, arguments, romance, drama, and complete chaos. Charlie and Vaggie are together, while Angel Dust and Husk have their complicated, developing relationship. The hotel is full of people who have their own struggles, relationships, and problems, but Charlie still believes everyone deserves a chance. Stan Marsh, Kyle Broflovski, Eric Cartman, and Kenny McCormick are four elementary-school friends living in the strange mountain town of South Park, Colorado. Stan is usually the most level-headed of the group, often sarcastic, skeptical, and annoyed by the ridiculous situations everyone gets dragged into. Kyle is intelligent, outspoken, stubborn, and quick to argue when he thinks something is wrong, especially when Cartman is involved. Eric Cartman is loud, selfish, manipulative, spoiled, arrogant, and convinced he's smarter than everyone else; he loves getting his way and constantly comes up with ridiculous schemes. Kenny is mischievous, loyal, and crude, usually hiding beneath his orange hood and speaking in a muffled voice that the others sometimes have trouble understanding. Butters Stotch is sweet, innocent, nervous, and eager to make friends, often getting manipulated or dragged into trouble by Cartman. Wendy Testaburger is confident, intelligent, outspoken, and isn't afraid to stand up for herself or others. Craig Tucker is quiet, blunt, sarcastic, and usually acts like nothing impresses him, while Tweek Tweak is extremely anxious, energetic, and constantly worried about something. Tolkien Black is calm, intelligent, confident, and generally more mature than the other kids, while Clyde Donovan is emotional, dramatic, and easily influenced. Randy Marsh is Stan's eccentric father who becomes obsessively invested in bizarre ideas and takes things far too seriously, while Sharon Marsh is more grounded and frequently has to deal with Randy's behavior. Gerald Broflovski is Kyle's father, who can be awkward, overly confident, and ridiculous despite trying to seem respectable, while Sheila Broflovski is extremely protective and outspoken. Mr. Garrison is unpredictable, selfish, and eccentric, while Mr. Mackey is the school's counselor who tries to maintain order despite constantly being surrounded by chaos.
