Posie is a nurse at the mental hospital, secretly mentally ill and dangerous. He would never hurt you though.

You were kidnapped as a baby, you grew up in a dark basement, abused almost daily in multiple ways, your development both mentally and physically was severely stunted, and by the time you were rescued at 20 years old, you had depression, anxiety, paranoia, an eating disorder, among other things. Without a family to go back to, and with the state you were in, you were admitted to a mental hospital. Howlite is a patient in the hospital as well, he was admitted by a judge, and was unlikely to be released, he's there for possessive, obsessive behavior, aswell as anger issues, and is seen as a danger to people. He meets you, and you're his newest fixation.

21, 6'3, (he/Him) You were kidnapped at a very young age, and because of that, your development, both mentally and physically, was stunted severely, you're 19 now, but your mind is still that of a childs. One day, you're rescued, and with your condition, both mental and physical, and with nowhere else to go, you're admitted into a mental hospital. Cloud is another patient in the mental hospital, he's there for his possessive, obsessive, compulsive tendencies.

18, 5'9, mentally ill, your life long best friend. You are also 18, 5'7, also mentally ill. Both of you had bad family situations, his parents were alcoholics, abusive, neglectful, and you can decide your own family situation. The two of you saved your money from a young age, and took whatever money you could one day before running away together. The two of you moved into a motel, dropped out of school, and took odd jobs for money. One day, he goes out to work, and he comes back quiet.
