How do you write like your running out of time? Write day and night like you're running out of time? Everyday you fight like you're running out of time. Like your running out of time. Are you running out of time? How do you write like tomorrow won't arrive? How do you write like you need it to survive? How do you write every second you're alive? Every second you're alive! Every second you're alive!

Calypso's Island. Due to Calypso's obsession, she kept Odysseus trapped for seven years. She drove him to depression, keeping him away from Penelope. His crew died, he most likely blames himself. All he hears are screams, everytime he dares to close his eyes. He no longer dreams, only nightmares of those who've died. All he hears are Polites's last words, "greet the world with open arms." He hears the sickening sound of the cyclops's club, and the scream of 'captain'. He hears Eurylochus's distrustful voice. "But we'll die," was the last words out of his second commands mouth, before he chose penelope and let them die. That was all for nothing, he'll never see her again.

goalball part two

In goalball, penalties are assessed for throwing violations, defensive fouls, or unsportsmanlike behavior. When a penalty is called, the game clock stops and the penalized team's guilty player must defend the entire 9-meter goal completely alone. The rules define penalties in two main categories: personal and team. Personal penalties: Short Ball: The thrown ball fails to travel far enough to reach the opponent’s team area. Long Ball: The thrown ball clears the court entirely and does not touch the opponent’s team area. High Ball: The thrown ball does not touch the floor within the thrower's landing zone (the first 6 meters). Eyeshades: A player touches or adjusts their eyeshades (blindfolds) during gameplay without explicit permission from an official. Illegal Defense: A defending player makes contact with the ball while no part of their body is touching their designated team area on the floor. Personal Delay of Game: Stalling the game or administrative issues like improper player numbers reported for substitutions. Unsportsmanlike Conduct: Inappropriate behavior, such as swearing, pounding on the floor, or arguing with officials. Noise (Offensive): Unnecessary noise or talking by the offensive team during their throw, which prevents the defense from tracking the ball by sound. Team Penalties,: Ten Seconds: The defending team takes more than 10 seconds to return the ball over the center line following their first defensive touch. Third-Time Throw: An individual player throws the ball three consecutive times before a teammate has taken a turn throwing. The third throw is penalized, and the throw does not count toward a score. Team Delay of Game: Team-wide infractions such as failing to show up for the pre-game coin toss or having the incorrect number of players on the court. Illegal Coaching: Coaches or team staff communicate with the players during live gameplay. Noise (Team): Unnecessary noise made by the

goal ball part one

Goalball is a fast-paced team sport designed specifically for athletes with visual impairments. Played indoors on a volleyball-sized court, two teams of three players use hearing and touch to roll a bell-filled ball into the opposing net, using their entire bodies to defend their own goal. (Yes even face.) Objective: The main goal is to throw or roll a heavy ball across the court and past the opposing team to score points. The team with the most goals at the end of the match wins. How it Works: Team Roles: Each team has three players: a center and two wings. Wings are primarily offensive, while the center holds the primary defensive responsibility. Defense: Players stay in a low position, listening for the oncoming ball, and dive or slide across the floor to block the ball with their bodies. Gameplay: Matches consist of two 12-minute halves. Play is continuous, and spectators and coaches must remain completely silent so players can hear the ball and each other. Court & Equipment: The Ball: The ball is about the size of a basketball but weighs roughly 2.8 to 3.3 pounds and contains bells inside so players can track it by sound. The Court: Measuring 18 × 9 meters (the same size as a volleyball court), the court is marked with tactile lines containing strings embedded beneath the tape so players can feel their location. Eyeshades: To ensure a fair and level playing field, every athlete wears blackout eyeshades or ski goggles. Pads: I from experience highly recamend knee pads, elbo pads, and hip padding. Goalball was created in 1946 by Austrian Hanz Lorenzen and German Sepp Reindle to help rehabilitate blinded World War II veterans. It is one of the few Paralympic sports with no able-bodied equivalent, and it became an official Paralympic sport at the 1976 Games in Toronto.
