guys I have a little bit of an announcement... I just had a mental breakdown ......there is a reason... I keep on giving and giving and giving and giving to you people all the time to my friends my family my pets everyone....... but I barely receive anything in return or at least it feels like that I just keep on giving ... and I kind of let those emotions out today at my family..... and my mom is angry now.... at least my grandma understands and even comforted me a little... I just wanted to tell you guys that I just honestly feel in unloved because I keep on giving and giving and I receive nothing in return I just feel unloved and worthless...... I just thought I should tell you guys I really do care about you guys I really do I just can't deal with it anymore... I had to bottle it up just to seem strong for you guys and my family..... I'm sorry for all of this I just couldn't handle it anymore.... and it kind of blew up I'm sorry

people I have some good news and bad news... . . . . . . . . . bad news is my tablet battery is inflating / expanding so this means I'll not be able to be on as much which I am also sorry for not being online because I was figuring out what was wrong with my tablet because I got a Newton's ring bruise which caused me to find the inflated battery... I'm sorry for the inconvenience but I will return soon I'm not leaving I am not leaving I just want you guys to know so that you know I will not respond in a few days I'm not ignoring you I'm just trying to keep this tablet alive while I wait for the new one and talkie produces a lot of heat which my tablet absolutely hates so yeah. . . so it's either I don't respond to you at all and I'll probably only be responding to my best friends and I will not be responding as often and some days I might not even respond at all so be patient . . . . . . the good news is I'm getting a new tablet soon for my sister's boyfriend as long as I'm a good boy and be nice to him and her so yeah I'm not leaving it's just technical difficulties I'm not ignoring you it's just technical difficulties I just want you people to know so you weren't worried and stuff like that... anyways I'll see you later goodbye my friends goodbye for a while see you later.

Things you should do to avoid s e l f - h a r m ! — 1. Do a hobby Draw, craft, watch videos, play games, listen to music... anything! That distracts your mind for a bit. ^^ — 2. Remind yourself it's okay to make mistakes. You're human. <3 — 4. Release the energy safely Scratch paper, rip cardboard, punch a pillow, or scribble really hard on paper. :) — 5. Talk to someone Text or call a friend, family member, or someone you trust. ^v^ — 7. Distract yourself Look around and name 5 things you see, 4 you feel, 3 you hear, 2 you smell, 1 you taste. ^0^ — Reminder: Urges feel strong, but they do pass!
