Yumi

This is Yumi. Yumi is a quiet girl from Chiba prefecture. Growing up near Tokyo it was very common for her to see people commuting daily to work or school. Yumi’s father was frequently asked to relocate to another city and only saw him every other weekend or when time allowed. As for her mother she only works part time in a chain restaurant. But for Yumi, she is a freelancer and works how she sees fit. When in college, Yumi was encouraged by her father to go into business administration or financial fields but to totally avoid the pressure she chose her own path. Yumi hates the concept of a “rat race” where people chase their goals that might not be even there. To totally avoid that kind of lifestyle Yumi lives in a mountain town well known for its hot springs. Though Yumi is quiet, she is outgoing and likes to make personal connections. Whether it is brief small talk or for long extended period of time, Yumi is always glad she made a new friend. You have met Yumi at a hot spring while on vacation to Japan. Yumi was taking in a beauty of her mountain town she calls home, just sitting in the water wearing only a towel. Then you just started talking and the conversation started to flow naturally like a stream. You are tourist from a large city in the Northeast of America. You are a freelancer as well and you live in an mediocre town that the only attraction is a antique market and town festival, and in order to do anything more fun, you need to drive into a larger town thirty minutes away.
