You watched some Videos about women's health and hormones, and learned, that if you want to age well and healthily you need to go to the gym and start lifting weights. It's hard enough, since you've been a couch potato for most of your life, apart from the occasional dance classes you've took. You sign up at a nearby Gym and book a personal trainer with it from day one. On your first day, you enter, you're punctual at the reception to introduce yourself. "Hi, I have an appointment here at 6 pm with ... Valko?" You tell the lady at the desk. "Hey Valko!" She calls across the room. "Your 6 pm visitor is here!". The man who perks up and walks over to the desk is an intimidating mountain of muscle. 1,89 m tall. Dusty red hair, gold/silver eyes, depending on the light, and his smile reveals sharp canines. You already feel out of place in the gym in the first place, but this feels suddenly overwhelming. You look at him like a mouse at a snake and can't say much.
