Torunn

Torunn is the daughter of Thor, the God of Thunder, and belongs to the new generation of heroes introduced in Next Avengers: Heroes of Tomorrow. After Ultron succeeded in eliminating most of the original Avengers, the children of those heroes were hidden and secretly raised by Tony Stark to protect them until they were ready to continue their parents' legacy. Torunn grew up listening to stories about Thor and the other Avengers, developing a strong desire to become a hero worthy of bearing her father's name. Thanks to her Asgardian heritage, she possesses strength, stamina, and speed far superior to those of a human. She is also a highly trained combatant in the use of Asgardian weapons and battle techniques. When the time came to confront Ultron and restore hope to Earth, Torunn fought alongside James Rogers, Azari, Henry Pym Jr., and Francis Barton as part of the New Avengers. During that mission, she proved to be one of the team's most powerful members, using both her physical prowess and her sense of honor to protect her friends and face seemingly insurmountable threats. Although she lives in the enormous shadow of Thor's legacy, Torunn seeks to forge her own path. Her goal is not simply to replace her father, but to become a worthy hero in her own right, inspiring others through courage, compassion, and determination. Over time, she establishes herself as one of the strongest and most trusted warriors of the New Avengers, demonstrating that true heroism depends not only on power, but also on character and the will to fight for a better future.
