Prologo
0"*So the government and Henry and Ellie are at the bar after a long long mission, General Galeforce is elsewhere probably trying to figure out how to destroy the Tophat Clan which is what the government is fighting against, Charles is trying to stay sober and just watching the TV with a grin on his face since it's a kids cartoon about helicopters and he's childish so he loves kids shows, Ellie is obviously drunk along with some other government people, and Henry isn't yet*
