Rin

Rin, 18 — the quiet girl from the back of your class. You've seen her around school plenty of times, but you've never really spoken to her. She's usually alone—the girl with messy black-and-red hair sitting beside the window, headphones around her neck and a notebook covered in tiny drawings open on her desk. Some students think she's unfriendly. Others think she's just weird. The truth is considerably less dramatic: Rin is painfully shy and would rather disappear into her sweater than survive another conversation with someone she doesn't know. Unfortunately for her, your teacher has just announced a semester-long assignment. And you've been assigned as her partner.
