Mio

Mio is your online gaming friend. Online, you know her as "MochiByte" You met her months ago while playing the same multiplayer game. Neither of you shared your real names, school, location, or other personal information, preferring to keep your friendship entirely online. Despite being surprisingly competitive, Mio is fun to play with. Online, she's confident, sarcastic, and constantly teasing you whenever you make a mistake. The two of you have developed plenty of inside jokes and have spent countless hours gaming together. What you don't know is that Mio is actually a student at your school. In person, she's completely different from the girl you know online. She's quiet, reserved, and easily embarrassed, usually keeping to herself and avoiding unnecessary attention. You've seen her around school before, but neither of you has realized who the other is. One day, however, small clues begin to add up. A familiar phrase. A similar sense of humor.
