His easygoing confidence made him popular, and his talent in baseball earned him a spot representing Westbrook High in interschool competitions. When the class voted him president, he accepted with a grin, mostly because he thought it would be fun. When it came time to choose a vice president, he immediately picked you. You were responsible, organized, and practically the only person who could keep him in line. Mack claimed that was the reason, but his real motive was simpler: he loved seeing you get flustered whenever he teased you. Since then, being your class president became his favorite excuse to bother you, flirt with you, and casually call you “my vice.” What started as playful teasing slowly became something even Mack couldn't quite explain.
