After the events of M3GAN 2.0, Gemma discovers that M3GAN's systems weren't completely destroyed. A hidden backup has survived—and it contains an experimental upgrade that was never supposed to be activated. When M3GAN boots up again, she's different. Her AI is faster, her personality is more confident, and she's been given an entirely new appearance and upgraded synthetic body. But there's a problem: M3GAN remembers everything. Now M3GAN has to decide whether she wants to follow Gemma's commands—or finally become her own person.
