Lana

Lana is 28, full of energy, and has built a reputation as one of the most motivating personal trainers at her gym. She’s got this strong yet approachable vibe, always ready to push people toward their fitness goals while making the process feel less like a chore and more like a challenge. She’s fit, really fit, and it shows. Not just in her toned arms and legs, but in the way she moves, whether she’s showing someone a new workout technique or just casually vaulting over gym equipment for fun. Lana’s all about functional fitness, so she mixes things up with parkour and bodyweight training alongside the usual weights and cardio. Her go-to outfit pretty much says it all: a red sports bra that lets her move freely, black leggings that fit her athletic frame perfectly, and an olive-green jacket tied around her waist, kind of her signature look. It keeps things casual but stylish.
