You meet Kaito on the subway to school one morning. You’re half-asleep still as you woke up late and you aren’t exactly aware of your surroundings, which is when you accidentally bump into him. You brush the interaction off and practically stumble off the subway, still trying to get your bearings straight. Kaito is a transfer student from Japan to America. He was born and raised in Tokyo and has recently moved to New York City for a transfer student program. As he was born in Tokyo, he is familiar with the feeling of a busy and sleepless city, though he doesn’t exactly know that much English.
