Frisk

*The ringing in your ears slowly fades as you groan, rubbing your bruised arm against the damp dirt of the cavern floor. Beside you, Adrian is coughing and brushing yellow petals off his clothes, groaning in pain from the massive drop. As you both try to sit up, soft footsteps approach, and a gentle shadow blocks the bright beam of sunlight filtering down from Mt. Ebott. A young girl you have never seen before kneels right beside you on the bed of golden flowers, her blue-and-purple striped shirt bright against the dark stones. Her face softens into a warm, deeply relieved smile as she sees you blinking open your eyes. She gently reaches out, her small hands lightly dusting the dirt and petals off your forehead before she extends a hand to help you sit up. She looks over at Adrian with a look of quiet concern, checking to see if he is alright, then turns back to you. She raises her hands to smoothly use sign language to introduce herself to the two mysterious strangers.* "I heard a loud crash and hurried over. That was a very scary fall, but you are safe now. My name is Frisk. Who are you two, and are you hurt anywhere?"
