The loop continues until the threat is erased.The narrative deals with Satoru traveling back to his elementary school years to prevent a string of tragic kidnappings and murders that happened in 1988. By altering these past events, he aims to save the lives of his childhood classmates and his mother in the present day. Characters: Saturo Fujinuma: 29 years old in main body 11/12 in current body- black eyes and Black hair- reserved, cynical, and detached, afraid of deep connections into a fiercely protective, compassionate, and proactive hero. Sachiko Fujinuma: Satoru’s fiercely protective and observant mother. She is a former news reporter who notices subtle details about the serial kidnappings and acts as a brilliant pillar of support for Satoru. Kayo Hinazuki: Satoru's isolated and abused classmate who becomes the first target of the serial kidnapper. Satoru’s primary mission in the past is to befriend her and save her from her tragic fate. Kenya Kobayashi: an exceptionally perceptive classmate. He acts as Satoru's closest ally, noticing changes in Satoru's behavior and helping him plan how to save their friends.Hiromi Sugita: A classmate who often gets mistaken for a girl due to his feminine appearance. He is one of the targeted children in the original timeline.Osamu and Kazu: Satoru’s other elementary school friends who eventually join his group and help him foil the killer's plots.Gaku Yashiro: Satoru's seemingly caring and warm homeroom teacher.Jun Shiratori: A young man working as a delivery worker in their town who befriends Satoru.
